To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Policy Details: 1. 72-Hour Notice Requirement: • Clients must provide notice at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. 2. Late Cancellation Fee: • If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 30% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. 3. No-Show Policy: • Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will also result in a 30% charge of the service total. 4. How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Please contact us via phone, email, or our booking system to notify us of any changes to your appointment. 5. All memberships are non-refundable. •Clients are eligible for a 2 week refund on the price of a weekly service at discounted price. •Only if less than 50% of membership was completed. •Allow 30 business Days for the refund to completed with Apple Pay, Cash or form of payment the day membership was completed. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible. However, this policy is in place to respect the time of both our team and other clients.
